Given they want more parking at the airport, I decided the check out the bus 
service to the airport. Looks like only route 24 services the airport and it 
just comes from the N. transfer point (no direct route from the square):

Also, 24 does not run on holidays and weekends. So would a few million buy 
"real" bus service to the airport so we could skip the extra parking?
