In the news today, I noticed that Governor Doyle has decided not to allow WisDOT to add the 25$ increase in annual vehicle registration fees to this years budget.
Wisconsin has about 5.4 million registered vehicles. So, that is a budgetary impact of 135 million dollars annually.
