for sensitive groups - since Saturday.

Excessive motor vehicle operation is one of the primary contributors
to fine particle air pollution in Dane County.

Air Quality Health Advisory Still in Effect for 28 Southern and
Central Counties

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has issued an air
quality advisory for particle pollution which will remain in effect
until noon Tuesday, November 28, 2006. This advisory affects people
living in the following 28 counties: La Crosse, Monroe, Juneau, Adams,
Marquette, Green Lake, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Vernon, Crawford,
Richland, Sauk, Columbia, Dodge, Washington, Ozaukee, Grant, Iowa,
Dane, Jefferson, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Lafayette, Green, Rock,
Walworth, Racine and Kenosha.

The advisory is being issued because of persistent elevated levels of
