This one might be too hoppy and not delicate enough for MikeB's Huber-tainted
palate ;-), but it might be of interest to some:

I noticed this on the Chicago Critical Mass listserv and I don't believe it has
been distributed on the CBS Listserv.

10:00 AM Sunday, January 14th, 2007
We shall depart Daley Plaza at 10 AM, meeting up with
a Promontory Point group at 10:30 AM, and continue to
the Three Floyds Brewpub in Munster, Indiana, and
back, approximately 65 miles round trip.
The inaugural Three Floyds ride (2006) was conceived
and organized by Mark Sinclair. As many of you know,
Mark died April 14th of this year after suffering a
brain aneurism. It was Markâs hope that this would
become an annual event.
Anyone interested in this is more than welcome to meet
us at the brewpub whether they care to participate in
the bike ride or not.
This is an open invitation ride, please attend whether
you had an opportunity to know Mark Sinclair or not.
Mid January weather may likely be extreme, but this
ride will proceed regardless of wet, windy and/or
freezing weather. Please be prepared for the cold as
well as flats/mechanical problems.
The pace will be 12-14 mph with a short break at Wolf
Lake. There will be no support vehicle on this ride
and each rider is responsible for themselves.
