What's your point, Chuck? Are you saying transit already gets enough
of a subsidy?
BTW, bicycle paths are subsidized too - 100%. Maybe the metro bus
system should be at subsidized 100%, too? Also, let's no forget that
bicycles and buses use the roads, too.
As for other motor vehicles, they don't really begin to even closely
pay for their fair share of their cost, and the damage they are
inflicting on the environment and people today (and the future).
