If anyone's riding around with a digital camera or one of those camera phones, and wants to take a picture of where Madison is letting bicyclists down, go to the bottom level of Monona Terrace, east of the monstrosity itself, near where the elevator empties. There is a bike rack actually right on the other side of a wall from the Law Park bike path. The snow from the massive sea of concrete down there is pushed up against the bike rack. Another pile of snow is right near the east exit of the sidewalk to the path. At least this time you can get through, but having a picture of it would be nice to have on file.
