Funny; all this time I thought BFW was the exception to this rule. Perhaps, for
a few brief, shining years, it was.

I just sent the following to Amy Heart:

Ms. Heart,
As an active BFW member and volunteer, I've been following the unfolding drama
concerning Dar Ward's dismissal and the supposed "new vision / direction" of
the BFW. There's been some interest in the Board of Directors, but information
about becoming a board member has been less than crystal clear.

I think it would be in the best interest of members, staff the board and the
public to have the BFW's articles of incorporation and by-laws published on its
web site. I acknowledge that the techincal process of doing so would take some
time, but I would like to know, in a timely fashion, whether BFW is willing to
do so.

Thanks,
