I will only speak for myself here: my posts on this subject recently are not a frantic smear campaign. They are a response to finance numbers that are publicly available - and which I have given as references in order to avoid "misdirecting the truth". The truth is in those articles I have cited, therefore I see no way I could rightfully be accused of intentionally misleading anyone. Dude, you are complaining that I did something I didn't do , and now you go an do exactl what you are complaining about. You have no proof I intentionally attempted to misdirect the truth - in fact there is plenty of proof to the contrary out there. I believe the mark of a true leader in this situation would have been to attempt to clarify their understanding of the situation before they blasted their highly subjective opinion out to the world. Your responses to the BTA Questionnaire were fairly good. But Robbie Webber's were better. And after witnessing Robbie Webber in action firsthand on the PBMVC and the LRTPC, and scanning through the proceedings of other bodies for her comments, I have to say she has lived up to your ideals and then some. I can't fully express how wonderful a job Robbie has done for bicyclists in a brief e-mail, but this one anecdote is a good example: After I sent out the Candidate Questionnaires, Robbie called me and gave me a few pointers on improving the questions for next time. Robbie is the only candidate to try to help out the process. This is exemplary of how dedicated Robbie is to the needs of bicyclists in Madison in the other venues where I have witnessed her activities.
