Have you ever dreamed of bicycle touring across the country?
Would you like to ride alongside a couple guys who are doing just that?
Meet David Kroodsma and Bill Bradlee, two climate activists who have
dedicated their summer bike tour to climate change education and action. David
and Bill are now cycling east to Madison, scheduled to stop here for a few days
beginning June 7.
You can meet them both at REIs Madison store, located at 7483 West Towne Way
on Friday June 8 at 7 pm for a show, Global Warming Presentation. You can also
enjoy a slide show of Davids Latin America bike trek, Ride for Climate:
Climate Change in Latin America on Friday June 8 at noon on the University of
Wisconsin campus at the Red Gym, On Wisconsin Room.
To bike with David and Bill, pedal over to REI on Sunday afternoon, June 10.
Meet in the REI parking lot at 3:00 pm and ride west with the adventurers!
