Idea: W. Dayton has a bike lane. Monroe is two lanes in each direction. Why not 
make the right lane of that stretch of Monroe (from Randall to the 
funkysection) a bike lane "for the duration"? For that matter, that half-block 
stretch of Randall from W. Dayton to Monroe could be designated likewise. We 
could call it the "Southwest Path Northwest Passage" :) .
