Hm, could it be, the time of year they conduct the survey might have a wee bit of an effect on the outcome? Fah, what do I know, I dropped Statistics class....

Recognizing that Paul's question is rhetorical, for the record, the travel to work census always takes place in early April, so of course the statistics are skewed in any locale, like ours, that actually has a winter. Also, as Cathy points out, the cnesus questions are all or nothing. there is no opportunity for me (if I had been chosen to take it) to state that I bike 98% of the time, but also (very rarely) take the bus. chuck _______________________________________________ Bikies mailing list [email protected] http://www.danenet.org/mailman/listinfo/bikies
