Recognizing that Paul's question is rhetorical, for the record, the
travel to work census always takes place in early April, so of course
the statistics are skewed in any locale, like ours, that actually has
a winter.
Also, as Cathy points out, the cnesus questions are all or nothing.
there is no opportunity for me (if I had been chosen to take it) to
state that I bike 98% of the time, but also (very rarely) take the
bus.
