Dear Group, Again, if "middle of the night" time slots should be filled with tax writeoffs from bone-fide "tax-empts"---that would be a start and might just be the audience we fear most as bike riders--the worst informed. With low viewership and probably few "bicycle riders or runners" watching in those hours---there would be less acclaim for the "sponsoring non-profit bike organizations" than there would be in "prime-time" pay spots. But hopefully such PSAs would be for education about multi-use of roads and not for secondary purposes such as bike or organization recruitment.
