This is why I suggested the Sheriff's Dept. Private citizen groups
shouldn't have to foot the bill for this. If the Sheriff is willing to
spend taxpayer dollars to tell people to watch out for motorcycles, they
should be made to do the same for us. And I'd start with radio; it's
cheaper, and people listen to the radio in the morning before they leave
(in their cars) for work (best time to get them to think about this).

There are two public service announcements aimed at motorists regarding
bikes that are in the can and ready to go and just awaiting funding to be
aired.  SCC and BFW did them last year. The Platinum Committee has
recommended funding those ads.
