Yes, cyclists have the same obligation to stop. Besides, if you hurt
someone in any way, or damage their property (bike cables/brakes
damaged), I'd say you are at least morally obligated to exchange info.
What can a hit and run victim do? About the same as if you were hit by a
car/motorcycle/moped/truck and didn't get the license plate, or if
someone pushed you down while they were running: File a police report. A
