On Saturday night, I noticed that there was a huge storage container in the parking lane and most of the bike lane a few blocks east of Highway 51. We were riding by right around sunset. There seemed to be a permit on the container, but nothing such as blinking yellow lights. It seemed dangerous. Beware! Why would this be permitted, especially with no warning. Also, I sat at the light at Buckeye and 51 for three lights until a car came behind me and got the light to change. There is no "ped" button on the road side of the pole.
