A somewhat diluted resolution of approval for the Regional Transportation Authority passed at about 12:20 am. The tax is still there, as well as support for Commuter Rail. Last I heard, the resolution was stripped of the hard percentages allocated to various modes. That means there will still be a fight on to make sure bicycling gets funded properly.
