I am on the transportation working group of the state task force that will recommend new greenhouse gas-reduction policies to the governor. One of the areas I'm responsible for is bike-ped. I know the issues fairly well generically, but I'm new to WI and need some help from someone who's plugged into the policy scene here. I've left messages at BFW, both Madison and Milwaukee, but no response so far. So, if anyone could suggest a good source on this, I'd appreciate it.
