Thanks for posting this editorial! I thought someone would beat me to it. As the program manager for Sheboygan County's grant, I can say the editorial really captures what's happening. I could have only hoped we would have as dedicated a group working on implementing the pilot program as we do. Folks are not only dreaming of an alternative future where biking and walking is easy and appealing, they are working incredibly hard to make it happen. There are frustrations for sure, the process is slow, as we all know, but we are moving in positive direction. If you want more details and contact information, check out the project web site.
