What would a carbon neutral Burning Man be like?
Please indulge my following up my own post. I posed the above question
to a colleague, who followed up with this URL:

The estimate is that the 2006 Burning Man was responsible for 27e3
tonnes of CO2-- about .7 tonnes per participant. Participant travel to
the site was the major contributor-- 87% of the total. Obviously, the
distance between where it's at and carbon neutrality is a long, long haul.
