The DOT advises bicyclists to "ride at least three feet from the curb or parked vehicles or debris in curb area ..." But on many streets (eg. Midvale Blvd.), when you ride 3 feet from parked cars, you are dangerously close to high speed traffic lane (<3 feet). What the answer to that?
