Cathy's suggestion of a blog is great one...in fact, BFW already has one:

No one has posted to it for almost a year, though. It used to be linked to
from the homepage of the BFW website as the "news" section...but the link seems
to have been removed. All BFW staff had access to post to this blog if they
had a need and so chose...some are registered users and some never bothered to
register.
