Forgive me if this has already been posted...

An FYI...the Governor vetoed the transfers from CMAQ and TE into the bike fund. 
 Which leaves just the $2.72 million in the bike fund.

Just my opinion, but this seems prudent on the Governor's part.  Robbing CMAQ 
and TE to pay for bikes is bad karma (CARma)...we ought to be getting more of 
the road pie in order to support a balanced transportation system.

Even $21 million taken away from roads is kind of peanuts...but the same amount 
from CMAQ and TE has a huge negative impact on those programs (which I believe 
do useful things for both bikes AND other transportation/air quality/quality of 
life issues).
