Aaron and Joel each received 332 votes. The incumbents on the "official" slate received:

Eric Schramm, 273; Chick Veenstra, 272; Ken Bates, 276.

This came from the press release Dar cited in message 1. It does not give the total number of votes cast, but the lower winning vote totals for the incumbents, suggest (not surprisingly) that people who wrote in other candidates most likely voted for the two new members, and not for one or more of the incumbents. Others may simply have voted for fewer than five candidates.

Note, fwiw, that Pam received slightly more than just the 56-60 difference between Aaron/Joel and the incumbents, so some people may have cast entirely write-in ballots. Other variations, of course, are possible.
