This isn't the first action BFW has taken regarding ATVs on trails and I doubt
it will be the last. There were a number of mobilizations over the last
several years...though they tended to focus on residents of the areas in
question (usually "up north" since that is where the battle has been hottest).
There were some serious successes too. The Badger State Trail just happens to
the situation of the moment that is easiest to rally around and needs rallying
around at the moment...and Dane County happens to be within the trail-shed.
