This morning at 8 a.m. the path between Madison Kipp and Broom St. was in fair
condition with about a half inch of sloppy snow. The street crossings
consistently had mounds (windrows) consisting of around a foot of snow with a
few tire-slots cut in. The worst spot I found was the ped. island at the Broom
St. Crossing of John Nolan, which has been so far neglected this winter to the
point that it has become a glacier that must be ascended. Although I did not
check out Jennifer St. today, I would recommend against using it as an
alternative to the path as every street that I have travel on has been worse
than the path due to the ruts motor vehicle traffic have made.
