I just got off the phone with Jay Ferm, one of the BFW board members, and I got the impression that people who choose to speak at the listening session could have a huge impact on the direction that the BFW takes in the coming years. Starting in January, the BFW Board will begin a process of strategic planning which will define what BFW's "new direction" is going to be. If you have an opinion about what that direction should be, tomorrow's meeting is the most effective time to express it!
