Dear Mike,

Not knowing just what this type of advisory means, but knowing that Wisconsin 
has been monitoring
the air with gigantic mobile vans since before I saw one of them in the early 
or mid--nineteen
seventies;  does this mean that you and others on the Bikies list will not 
bicycle commute during
the alert?  If you do continue to commute during the alert, why would such a 
reckless action
continue in light of what you have written--(carried forward below).  Just 
think how much we have
improved in my adult lifetime since when every residence and business burned 
coal, much of it "soft
coal."
