Dear Mike Neuman,

I can see that "shades of Bughouse Square" are alive and well in the
guise of the "Low Income Group."  Just think-----mass transit where it
is hoped to have people some day.  Intercity buses without riders.
Public control of used car salesmen and dealers.  --and more.
