In an ideal world, they'll be an integral part of all multi-unit housing
and major retail centers.  They'll have a lower handle to allow better
leverage, and probably have an old-style pitcher-pump handle.  With an
easy flip of a lever, you'll be able to disconnect the handle from the
air pump chamber, and connect it to a water pump cylinder, so you can
also fill your water bottle, drawing from the nearest water main.
