I guess that could explain why he didn't have any traffic violations during the time his license was suspended!
Back of the envelope calculations: If we assume he didn't drive during his suspension, he had 2 traffic stops (one in Waukesha, one in Columbia county) between 9/2007 and 1/2008. That works out to one stop every two months, or 6/year if he keeps it up. So far, he has been assessed 4 demerit points for speeding in Columbia county, or 1 point per month on average. So if these trends continue, we can expect that sometime around September of 2008 Sorum will have earned enough demerit points to get another suspension, minimum of two months - just in time for back to school. -----Original Message----- For what it's worth, he seems to be eligible for a regular license now. The suspension for the reckless homicide (amended to inattentive driving) was 1 year, beginning 8/16/06 _______________________________________________ Bikies mailing list [email protected] http://www.danenet.org/mailman/listinfo/bikies
