Dear Matt Logan,

I would expect the Harken Bill would simply fund the activism of those with
the most power--the suburban developers.  You are correct.  They will pay
"lip service to the complete streets" and make that 20 minute commute at
sixty miles per hour.  Isn't that what one would and should expect from
Congress (the STATE)?   If it is for redistribution of Federal money for
local planning--the locals will have Federal planning, one way or the
other.
