Not on any of those lists is the rumored reconstruction of Kendall, a
popular designated bike route, between Highland and Allen this summer.
Neighbors I spoke with last weekend had been given no start date.

Last summer the rebuild of a couple blocks from Franklin eastward took
at least 4 months.  Maybe this year the contractor won't keep breaking
the water mains!
