Hello, The directions are as mentioned, just travel past the mail Post Office
off Milwaukee St. towards U.S 30, to travel to Woodman's East via bike path
start at the Monona Terrance heading East through Marquette -Willy
neighborhood; aka Isthmus Bike Path ; aka ; Capital Trail Bike Path through
Atwood community behind Kipp through Olbrick Gardens to Walter St. turn left
proceed to Dawes St. go right follow bike path signs to park behind Woodman's
East continue through park on bike path to rear gate of Woodmans' lot,
pass/through the stores' parking lot , cross Milwaukee St. at the Post Office,
Really this is a gem of a ride , along the way there's much to see and do,
Jenifer St. Market the gardens the creek, south end of lake Monona, then the
marsh, I do not know any other ride in the city that can compare since this
route links all the "old Madison" Neighborhoods together via bike paths, some
what like when I lived in Asia and traveled exclusively by bike, military
transport or local transit. Take your time and really enjoy .
