PORTLAND (OR) GOES PLATINUM! The League of American Bicyclists recently designated Portland, Oregon, as the first major city in the US to be designated as a Platinum-level Bicycle Friendly Community. The Bicycle Friendly Community Campaign is an awards program that recognizes municipalities that actively support bicycling. Congratulations to the Rose City!
