Welcome to Bikies!

The meeting is generally to solicit infrastructure needs: overpasses,
paths, connections between streets or destinations, etc. So think what
types of needs there are in Madison. Anyone can testify, you just need
to fill out a slip with your name and address, etc and give it to the
meeting chair or city staff person. Your name will be called, and you
will have 3 minutes (or is it 5 minutes as a public hearing?) to say
what you want to say.

No real need to prepare. Just say whatever is on your mind. However,
this meeting is mostly focused on infrastructre, and not enforcement,
education, or other purely policy issues.

I got through to it, but it is almost 2 mb, so can take some time to
download, depending on your connection and computer.
