Dar, The bike box on State Street is intended for the bicyclists using the northbound bike lane on Henry Street between Dayton and State Streets to be able to access State Street and Johnson Street. The intersection of Henry/State/Johnson is signalized, but there is no signal head for the northbound Henry bike lane. There is a Stop sign and a Right Turn Only Sign. The right turn puts bicyclists into the advance bike box.
