Dear Mike Neuman, Actually I appreciate your links to the TASK FORCE, because my own comments will neutralize your comments, pound for pound. As I remember, I was criticized for not keeping to the topic of this "listserv--Bikies." Did I miss the topic word "bike" in your exposition to the Task Force? Maybe this "listserv--Bikies" is actually a political blog? I am sure I could recount threads linking my own "libertarian" political views to a healthier society and therefore a place more "conducive" to recreation and specifically to the bicycle.
