Actually I appreciate your links to the TASK FORCE, because my own comments 
will neutralize your
comments, pound for pound.  As I remember, I was criticized for not keeping to 
the topic of this
"listserv--Bikies."  Did I miss the topic word "bike" in your exposition to the 
Task Force?  Maybe this
"listserv--Bikies" is actually a political blog?  I am sure I could recount 
threads linking my own
"libertarian" political views to a healthier society and therefore a place more 
"conducive" to
recreation and specifically to the bicycle.
