Richard Johnson 23, of Oshkosh agreed to 3 years in prison and 4 years
of extended supervision as part of a plea arrangement for his role in
the death of a 42 year old bicyclist in February.  Johnson admitted to
being intoxicated at the time, his 2nd OWI offense, and to leaving the
scene of a crash.  The crash happened around 2 a.m. in February. Johnson
said he looked down to set his cruise control when he hit the cyclist.
