I was reminded at www.dane101.com that the beer fest is coming up (I call it
the beer fest rather than the Great Taste of the Midwest only to annoy Bob).
Here's a reminder that, as far as I know, there will be no bike parking
provided at the festival for various perceived legal reasons. So if you choose
to go to the festival and want to ride your bike, there may be no where to park
it. You may want to park relatively near by (but what will feel like way too
far away for a bicyclist who's used to parking close to things) and walk into
the park.
Feel free to now argue about the stupidity of not providing bike parking, the
stupidity of drinking, and/or the stupidity of drinking and biking...or to
argue the virtues of all of the above.
