But, dude, their bike paths -- the ones that are separated from the ped paths, 
that are specifically for bikes -- have a speed limit of 10 mph. I'm no path 
speeder (well, except on that eastward descent from the over-the-Beltline 
bridge on the Southwest Path), but couldn't they up it to, like, 12 or 15 mph?
