We are well pleased with the approval of the Enhancement funding for 50%
of the cost of this project.  The construction of this last bridge will
complete the bike connection from the Capital City Trail to MATC.  We
are working on the plans now.  

Another benefit is to get people closer to Starkweather Creek which in
turns generates support for water quality improvement.  The support of
the Friends of Starkweather Creek was very helpful.  And the designation
of the No. 1 Priority from the MPO proved essential to obtaining this
grant.
