FYI - Mike Neuman ------- Connections 2030 - Draft plan The release of the draft Connections 2030 on November 10, 2008, starts the formal public comment period. WisDOT will hold a series of statewide public information meetings, along with meetings specifically focused on minority and low-income groups. WisDOT will accept public comments on the draft plan through February 27, 2009.
