Dipesh, did you send this via the "Bikeway Concerns" link, or "Snow Removal". If the former, it'd be interesting to send another one, but to the latter. Remark that "someone" apparently plowed snow into the roadway, which, according to George Dreckmann, is a violation of city ordinance. Then see which one gets the faster reply...
