I should probably stop caring about such things...but perhaps someone here
cares that, according to the listing on the BFW website, there appears to be
three vacancies on the board currently...and no women on the board what-so-ever.
Now...if only there was someone who was female who wanted to fight tooth and
nail to get on that board. If only. Someone who might even mount a write in
campaign (with bunting!). It is ashamed that there's no one like that. (note:
I'm not talking about me).
I have not seen any call for people to fill the spots...to members or
generally...but then again maybe I've just not been paying very close
attention...or maybe they are working quietly behind the scenes to fill the
spots.
