noob = newbie = person new to something thanks! My wife is in a wheelchair and has a hand bike. We did hundreds of miles on military ridge last summer. She participated in the NYC marathon on the hand bike in November and came in sixth in her division. She didn't know how well she was doing until the next day. If the race ends with similar times coming in fourth is well within reach and she wants to get going soon with training. I suppose we could start by PB and Verona road and just do the paved part back and forth in the mean time. The paved trail looked clear from what I could see from the road. Maybe I should do a little recon by myself. Thanks again! Bob
