The Bike Fed is currently accepting applications to fill open Board of Directors positions. The organization has an active, engaged board and expects members of the Board of Directors to:
* Fully support and champion the Mission of the Bike Fed * Attend a majority of Board of Directors (BOD) meetings. There are typically three in-person meetings per year and occasional board conference calls. * Provide expertise to at least one BOD committee. * Make a gift each year to the Bike Fed above membership dues and contribute significantly to fundraising efforts, membership drives and program activities. * Assist the Bike Fed BOD and staff in communicating the organization's benefit to Wisconsin, including attendance and participation in Bike Fed events whenever possible.
