After several respectful email back-and-forths (that have been cc'ed to bikies)
between myself and Randy Hawke, (the current programmer at WJJO), we have been
given an opportunity to have our voices heard. (See the forwarded message for
details.) Do YOU have a good idea about a couple of 60-second spots that could
be aired on WJJO regarding educating the public on having respect for their
fellow road-users? I am hoping we can take this seriously (good-natured humor
is welcome) and leave out the retaliation, hate-mongering, etc. that will
continue to fuel the cyclist-bashers out there. Let's take advantage of this
opportunity and start a better campaign!-India

Randy,
I will get back to you with some ideas. I will pass your offer along to the
bikies listserve and will put forth that this be taken seriously (no
retaliation, hate-mongering, purjorative content). I can't promise that folks
will behave, but I do hope that this discourse remains useful. I think we can
begin to make a distinct change toward positivity with a purpose. Education-
replete with good-natured humor is a great place to start.
