Here appears to be another opportunity for the bicycling community to advocate for better biking facilities and conditions (more - and more convenient - bike racks; less traffic; bike-friendly rail transit; better enforcement against aggressive drivers; etc. -- all of which would help implement Madison's seemingly long-lost "Climate Protection Plan")
