Actually, just down the road from the interchange is the Capital City Trail
bridge over Fish Hatchery. Some traffic lanes have been closed during
construction.

But this is clearly the very rare exception that proves the rule.

Also,  it might be argued that the bridge is at least as much for the
benefit of motorists - so the pesky bicyclists don't get in their way!
