Hi Larry ~ The ultimate plan for DNR is to have a grade-separated crossing at CTH PD. However, that part of the plan has not been included in this project. This project is just intended for surfacing the corridor. My assumption is that DNR will be submitting additional TE grant applications for a grade-separated crossing, but I don't know if they've identified a timeframe for that particular project. This project will include an at-grade crossing of CTH PD for path users. Let me know if you get any further questions. Also, thought I would mention to you that we are planning to advertise this project in January 2010 with a bid opening date of Feb. 3, 2010. I seem to recall that being part of the preliminary plan but don't recall whether it was part of the final project.
